For Android users: 

Take a screenshot

1.Open the screen that you want to capture.

2. Depending on your phone:

Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.

If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.

If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.

3. At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture .

Take a scrolling screenshot

Important: These steps work only on Android 12, on most screens that allow you to scroll.

1. Open the screen that you want to capture.

2. Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time. 

3. At the bottom, tap Capture more.

4. To select the content you want to capture, use the crop guidelines.

 

 

For iPhone users: 

How to take a screenshot on iPhone 13 and other models with Face ID

1. Press the Side button and the Volume up button at the same time.

2. Image shows arrows pointing to the Side and Volume up buttons

3. Quickly release both buttons.

4. After you take a screenshot, a thumbnail appears temporarily in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. Tap the thumbnail to open it or swipe left to dismiss it.

How to take a screenshot on iPhone models with Touch ID and the Side button

1. Press the Side button and the Home button at the same time.

Open Photos, then go to Albums > Media Types > Screenshots.
